Your Role: #LI-Remote
As a Market Manager following the exciting acquisition of The Hotels Network, you will lead our expansion efforts in the Balkan region. You will champion THN's innovative technology, now enhanced by Lighthouse. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales process, from identifying and engaging potential hotel partners to closing significant business deals. Your goal is to establish a strong market presence and assist hotels in the Balkans in boosting their direct bookings and revenue.
Your Impact:
- Devise and implement a strategic business plan to grow our footprint in the Balkans, identifying new opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all activities and forecasts within Salesforce.
- Surpass quarterly and annual sales targets, directly contributing to our revenue growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer, relaying valuable feedback from the Balkans market to our product development teams.
- Represent Lighthouse and The Hotels Network at industry events, conferences, and roadshows to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, identifying opportunities for upgrades and ensuring their continued success.
- Utilize AI-driven insights and automation across CRM, conversation intelligence, and commercial data to enhance forecast accuracy, improve pipeline quality, and optimize sales processes in collaboration with Sales Operations.
