Role Overview
As an Implementation Associate, you will be a key player in our Implementation team, reporting to the Team Lead. You will assess clients' HR and payroll needs to ensure the Employment Hero platform is optimally configured.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and facilitating training sessions, creating work-back schedules, guiding clients through the EH setup process, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support for successful onboarding.
- Collaborating with various internal teams including Support, Client Success, Payroll Services, Technical Support, Product, Risk and Compliance, and Finance to stay informed about Canadian payroll regulations.
- Working with Sales and partnership teams to align on service level agreements (SLAs) for smooth client transitions and identifying opportunities for enhancing product adoption.
- Managing a rotating pipeline of around 30 clients to ensure efficient and successful implementations.
- Regularly reviewing client progress and identifying potential obstacles during weekly one-on-one meetings with your manager.
- Preparing and delivering monthly reports on implementation status, client feedback, and potential risks to internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes during onboarding to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth transitions.
- Identifying areas for process optimization and collaborating with internal teams to implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
