Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of food profiles and flavors.
- Prepare meals from scratch rather than using frozen ingredients.
- Train and guide kitchen and housekeeping staff in their duties.
- Schedule and assign daily work activities to team members.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed.
- Utilize net menu application and adhere to IMS and HACCP standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure a clean working environment.
- Prepare and serve meals, boxed lunches, and snacks for the crew.
- Adapt cooking schedules based on team arrival times.
