Your Role:
In response to our client's growth, we are looking for a motivated 1st Line Network Engineer to expand their technical skills and enhance the current team dynamics.
You will collaborate with experienced Network Engineers, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience daily!
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, support, and maintain end-user hardware and software.
- Manage user and computer accounts effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to our user base.
- Split your time between on-site and off-site support.
- Oversee communication platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues ranging from system errors to password resets.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a 1st Line Network Engineer.

Essential Skills:
- Full driving license.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
