The Team You'll Join

Join StepStone Private Debt (SPD), a premier global private debt investor managing a portfolio valued at $66 billion as of December 31, 2025. SPD specializes in creating tailored portfolios across the private debt landscape, addressing both performing and non-performing debt within corporate, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. As a subsidiary of StepStone Group, we excel in various private market segments including Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Credit, and Real Estate.

About the Role

We are looking for exceptional candidates with strong quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal skills for our long-term (6-12 months) graduate program within our Private Debt team, based in Dublin. The selected candidate will collaborate with StepStone team members to oversee all facets of our private debt platform, including capital deployment management, cash management, and transaction allocation across client portfolios. StepStone fosters a collegial environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration to achieve project goals.

What You'll Do

As a graduate intern, you will interact with all levels of the firm daily, collaborating with both the manager selection and portfolio management teams. You will uphold the highest ethical standards, demonstrating reliability and meticulous attention to detail. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates holding an Undergraduate or Master’s degree, providing a valuable learning experience in the Private Debt industry.
