We are looking for a dedicated and skilled 3D Visualizer Architect specializing in Interior Design. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to produce high-quality, lifelike walkthroughs, and have a solid foundation in AutoCAD and rendering techniques. Attention to detail and an understanding of projects are essential. The candidate must demonstrate both artistic flair and practical skills to collaborate closely with designers and the Architectural Visualization team, creating visually accurate renderings, animations, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model projects from initial drafts and guidance, coordinating with architects and third parties as necessary.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in Unreal Datasmith transformation, Autodesk 3ds Max Exportation to Unreal Engine, Unreal Engine GPU LightMass, and the latest Unreal Engine and Virtual Reality technologies.
- Analyze and thoroughly comprehend architectural designs, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data for interior design, interpreting them into photorealistic 3D renderings and animations.
- Create building models across various graphic mediums, involving 2D and 3D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations.
- Engage in Architectural 3D Modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.
- Produce dynamic 3D walkthrough and fly-through animations or computer-generated imagery (CGI). Enhance visuals and walkthroughs in post-production using Photoshop, After Effects, and related software.
- Design stunning photo-realistic interior spaces that capture both external and internal attributes of the project.
- Work collaboratively with architectural and design teams to plan and generate visualizations and presentations for construction projects.
- Explore new solutions (both hardware and software) and stay updated on innovations to enhance visualization quality and efficiency.
- Effectively present and explain visuals to colleagues and clients, preparing advanced presentations in various graphic formats. Generate high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competitions and client presentations.
