This role involves working independently while also guiding less experienced staff. The ideal candidate will possess diversified design experience, the capability to manage more complex tasks, and the initiative to recommend design techniques and minor modifications to meet engineering and design needs effectively.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain structural LOD 200-400 BIM models in Autodesk Revit, including key components such as beams, columns, foundations, and walls.Prepare and update structural drawings, layouts, specifications, details, and schedules for design and construction documentation.Create and manage Revit families, templates, filters, and worksets tailored to project-specific requirements while ensuring alignment with company standards.Collaborate with civil and process teams to integrate models across platforms, including Civil 3D and Plant 3D.Export models to RISA 3D and support structural analysis workflows.Generate precise quantity takeoffs from BIM models to assist in cost estimation.Ensure compliance of all models and drawings with project requirements.
