In response to an increase in activity, we are seeking a dedicated Academic Management Assistant to join our academic administration team.
Reporting to the academic management of the Nantes campus, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of courses, assist in their organization, and manage continuous assessments. You will provide administrative support to faculty and external speakers, particularly regarding their onboarding and travel for specialized topics. Additionally, you will track students' academic progress and offer first-level support. Your role will also involve contributing to school events and enhancing the tools and procedures related to academic management.
