Your Impact:Comprehend customer use cases and workflows to provide optimal guidance on Wrike utilization. Engage proactively with customers via calls and emails to assist them in using Wrike efficiently and share best practices (team members spend approximately 80% of their time on calls). Enhance customer lifetime value by enabling them to unlock the maximum potential of our product. Facilitate the adoption of Wrike across customers' teams. Boost Net Retention through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Your Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, etc.). Fluent in English. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities: capable of presenting complex concepts in an engaging and understandable manner. Strong business acumen and a passion for helping clients succeed.
