We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team! The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in understanding and executing the Sales strategy, focusing on driving growth in assigned accounts. This position collaborates closely with clients and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and analyze sales performance, successfully meeting projected sales targets for accounts of small to medium market value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, nurture, and maintain high-level relationships to act as a trusted consultant for clients, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Gain insights into clients' customers, brands, competition, and challenges, anticipating changing business priorities to optimize account growth.
- Expand the portfolio through proactive new business development and tailored selling of relevant services/products to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze, address, and resolve clients' business and service challenges.
- Manage all phases of the sales process, including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and successful closure.
- Oversee the efficient administrative management of client accounts, including partnering with internal support teams, negotiating agreements/service level agreements, and preparing performance reports.
- Continuously monitor and report on clients' sales performance analytics in alignment with projected sales growth.
- Stay informed about Cision's evolving product and technology developments, and proactively track industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery and client experience.
