The Connect business unit is the cornerstone of CM.com, representing our largest global footprint and contributing approximately 75% of our total revenue. The absence of messaging infrastructure means that customer engagement cannot thrive—without channels, communication is impossible.

The Connect unit serves as the messaging backbone for critical communication flows worldwide, from NL-Alert and DigiD to email gateways that power global marketing campaigns and telecom services behind solutions like BMW ConnectedDrive. Every year, billions of messages traverse our systems, spanning an increasingly diverse and multi-channel landscape.
