Our agile team is dedicated to transitioning our early success into a sustainable business, and we are seeking an Account Executive to help capitalize on rising demand.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will refine our existing sales process, making it consistent and repeatable. Collaborating closely with our Founding GTM Sales Leader, you'll standardize qualification methods, discovery calls, demo delivery, and handoffs for closing.

You will manage the sales funnel from initial contact through to demo completion, establishing frameworks, leading calls, and ensuring that the opportunities we pursue are the most promising.

This role offers high visibility and collaboration, with direct access to the CEO and the chance to influence Phoebe's go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Own

  • Framework Development: Define and execute a system for identifying valuable opportunities.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct structured discussions that uncover genuine pain points, validate fits, and set up successful demos.
  • Product Demos: Deliver tailored demo experiences that align with each prospect’s unique workflows and priorities.
  • Handoff Process: Ensure seamless, well-documented transitions to the closing team after every qualified demo.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Utilize tools like Clay and Attio to create targeted outreach sequences, maintaining momentum in the sales pipeline.
  • Pre-sales Collateral: Develop discovery guides, demo scripts, and objection-handling frameworks to ensure a repeatable sales process.
  • GTM Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Founding GTM Sales Leader to synchronize qualification criteria and standardize the sales process.

Who You Are

With 2–3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales engineering roles, particularly within early-stage startups, you excel at creating processes in ambiguous environments and uphold high standards in both cold outreach and warm leads.

  • You have a proven track record in early-stage environments and can highlight concrete successes.
