Your Role

As our inaugural Account Executive for Austria, you will spearhead the introduction of Omnilex to law firms and legal departments. This role emphasizes consultative, trust-based sales, moving beyond mere transactions.

You will engage with partners, senior associates, and key legal decision-makers who are naturally skeptical and demand precision and reliability. Your guidance will lead them through initial discussions, pilot programs, and into long-term partnerships.

Success in this position requires a robust legal network and a deep understanding of legal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to long-term licensing agreements.

  • Conduct high-quality, customized demonstrations that address the specific needs of legal professionals.

  • Navigate intricate purchasing processes involving various stakeholders, including partners, associates, and IT departments.

  • Build relationships with Austrian legal (tech) associations, clubs, and event organizers from the ground up.

  • Convert pilot programs into sustainable, paid customer relationships.

  • Maintain organized tracking of deals, follow-ups, and clear next steps.

  • Provide structured customer feedback to influence product development and strategic direction.

Who You Are

  • You are fluent in German at a native level.

  • Possessing a legal background and/or at least 3 years of experience in sales to law firms or legal departments.

  • You have a track record of selling complex, trust-driven products such as legal research, compliance solutions, or similar.

  • Naturally curious and eager to learn.

  • You communicate with clarity and conviction.

  • You thrive when engaging with intelligent, discerning professionals.
