Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of business intelligence and data analytics tools. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

What you will do

As an Account Executive, Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in the international growth of our EMEA team. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the global deployment of Revenue Insight, our leading business intelligence platform. This hands-on position requires direct engagement with local and global hotel chains, leveraging your expertise to shape our go-to-market strategy and acquire new business during this exciting growth phase.

Where you will have impact

  • Design and implement a regional business development strategy to meet sales objectives and increase our market penetration in the EMEA region.
  • Identify and develop a strong pipeline of new business prospects through strategic outreach, industry networking, and focused campaigns.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and consultative sales processes, delivering professional proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts that align client value with Lighthouse's commercial objectives while identifying avenues for strategic growth.
  • Represent Lighthouse at international conferences and regional events to enhance our brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Act as the customer advocate by providing essential market feedback to our product teams, guiding the evolution of our BI tools.
  • Maintain precise sales records and forecasts in Salesforce, utilizing existing tools to ensure pipeline integrity and sales efficiency.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights and CRM automation to enhance forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and overall sales productivity.
