Summary
The Account Executive will be instrumental in driving enterprise growth initiatives for both new and existing strategic accounts. This role involves collaborating with C-suite executives and senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies to develop comprehensive change management strategies that enhance organizational capability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated success in relationship-building, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Scope & Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients keen on developing their organizational change capabilities and applying change management to vital business projects.
- Create strategic account growth plans that reinforce the Prosci brand as a leader within targeted industries.
- Build and sustain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across diverse sectors.
- Collaborate with account teams and internal partners for regular client interactions, including annual reviews for strategic accounts, providing ongoing guidance on change management strategies, and recommending Prosci services to enhance client change capabilities.
- Act as a representative of Prosci in various marketing and business development activities, such as in-person sales meetings, virtual meetings with potential clients, trade shows, and industry events.
- Drive key business development metrics, focusing on securing deals with top enterprise clients, enhancing sales of new service offerings, and implementing strategic customer success measures, including service plans and client maturity assessments.
- Oversee all facets of the client acquisition process at Prosci, from identifying new opportunities and assessing client needs to drafting compelling proposals, collaborating with the Prosci team on fit and timing, and successfully negotiating contracts to close.
- Utilize Value-Based Selling techniques to effectively position Prosci solutions and convey the clear business impact of these offerings.
- Engage effectively with Works Councils in Germany and suggest strategies to support the advancement of Change Management within client organizations.
