- Address inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and customer relations diligently.
- Employ customer-focused selling, effective communication, and proficient objection handling skills.
- Deliver well-prepared sales talking points that effectively describe products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service that is professional, courteous, and efficient.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities within the sales CRM.
- Build strong relationships with existing customer accounts within the group.
- Conduct weekly customer calls, site visits, and lunch appointments to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop Business Development Plans that include prospective target customers, market assessments, and strategic sales plans.
- Prepare and present engaging sales presentations, business proposals, and client reports to both clients and company stakeholders.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your Line Manager that align with the nature of this position.
- Expand sales through effective account planning and development of existing accounts.
- Formulate Business Development Plans targeting potential customers and conducting thorough market assessments.
