They possess the unique ability to distill intricate subjects—such as cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT, artificial intelligence, and data security—into engaging and relatable stories that connect with targeted audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Program Support
- Assist with daily client account activities, including media outreach, award submissions, speaking engagements, and content creation.
- Manage projects by monitoring deliverables, timelines, and priorities to ensure alignment with client objectives and high-quality outcomes.
- Engage in client discussions and meetings, documenting notes, drafting summaries, and following up on action items.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media opportunities to enhance client storytelling.
- Contribute to the development of quarterly campaign strategies and PR recommendations.
Media & Influencer Relations
- Establish and nurture relationships with journalists and influencers across business and technology sectors.
