About the Role
As the Team Lead for BrightEdge’s Digital Account Management team, you will guide a small group within our larger Account Management division, concentrating on renewing contracts within our Digital portfolio, while also managing your own set of accounts as a Player-Coach. We are looking for a candidate with a strong history of leading teams and navigating renewal and expansion processes. Your expertise in hiring, onboarding new team members, and providing ongoing coaching will be crucial. Initially, the team lead will train as a Strategic Account Manager to gain comprehensive knowledge before stepping into the leadership role.
