Your Role

As the pioneering Account Manager at Rillet, you will set the benchmark for excellence in our Account Management sector. You will develop and implement retention strategies that maximize the value of our clients' investments in Rillet's AI-powered ERP.

Your responsibilities will include crafting the renewal strategy and building scalable frameworks in collaboration with the Head of Customer Success and executive leadership across both Rillet and our clients' organizations. This role is strategic and impactful, directly influencing product development, go-to-market strategies, and the long-term success of Rillet.
