As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the commercial success and long-term growth of our assigned customer accounts. This role focuses on nurturing robust relationships with both executive and operational stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Slip Robotics’ solutions while uncovering opportunities for partnership expansion.
Serving as the primary advocate and strategic consultant for our customers throughout the contract lifecycle, you will lead initiatives from deployment and onboarding to ongoing optimization and growth. This position necessitates a balance between customer satisfaction and commercial performance, aiming for retention, revenue expansion, and demonstrable operational value for our clients.
In collaboration with our sales, engineering, and operations teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while continuously seeking ways to enhance customer engagement and maximize the impact of Slip Robotics’ technology.
