Your Role:

  • Compiling accurate spreadsheets containing detailed information on prospective clients, including names, titles, phone numbers, and addresses.

  • Executing daily outreach to potential clients through targeted mailings based on your updated client data.

  • Initiating cold calls to engage prospective clients and present our services.

  • Employing creative problem-solving techniques to enhance our new business development strategies.

  • Negotiating rates and deadlines with both new and existing clients.

  • Educating clients on the translation process, including our pricing structure, turnaround time justification, and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborating with our production team to ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly, maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Regularly following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our service delivery, quality, and overall customer experience.

  • Staying informed about the industries we serve, including trends, key players, and relevant news.

  • Assisting with special projects or additional duties as necessary.
