Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging new business relationships and serving as the primary support for our existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth research on prospective clients using diverse strategies such as internet research, trade show lists, referrals, and professional directories.
Compiling accurate spreadsheets containing detailed information on prospective clients, including names, titles, phone numbers, and addresses.
Executing daily outreach to potential clients through targeted mailings based on your updated client data.
Initiating cold calls to engage prospective clients and present our services.
Employing creative problem-solving techniques to enhance our new business development strategies.
Negotiating rates and deadlines with both new and existing clients.
Educating clients on the translation process, including our pricing structure, turnaround time justification, and competitive analysis.
Collaborating with our production team to ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly, maintaining high attention to detail.
Regularly following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our service delivery, quality, and overall customer experience.
Staying informed about the industries we serve, including trends, key players, and relevant news.
Assisting with special projects or additional duties as necessary.
