Role overview
The Account Manager Partners Germany (m/w/d) role is central to building Floryn’s presence in the German market. This remote position sits within an international commercial team, focusing on high-volume partner channels and advisor relationships. The work involves close collaboration with two Country Sales Managers who oversee strategic partnerships. Structure, clear priorities, and a focus on speed help turn partner-driven opportunities into real results.
Execution is key: the role centers on managing, prioritizing, and closing a steady stream of deals from partner networks. Partners provide a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities, making this position a core part of Floryn’s commercial process. Success requires ownership, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to keep multiple deals progressing at once.
What you will do
- Partner deal management: Manage and close deals with large partner organizations, handling a continuous flow of qualified opportunities that call for quick prioritization and follow-through.
- Advisor relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with advisors in partner networks, acting as their main point of contact.
- Pipeline and deal ownership: Take full responsibility for your pipeline, track all deals accurately in the CRM, and ensure a smooth process from intake to closure.
- Sales process execution: Guide deals through every stage of the sales process, coordinate internally as needed, and keep each case moving quickly.
