Role Overview
We are in search of a results-driven and strategic Account Manager to oversee post-sale client relationships for a portfolio of over 70 active accounts. Your mission will be to ensure seamless campaign execution, foster strong client partnerships, and uncover new growth opportunities. This position combines relationship management, strategic consultation, and data analytics to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage post-sale client relationships, prioritizing satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Lead the onboarding process for clients, ensuring effective campaign management and delivery in collaboration with Ad Ops.
Identify and act on renewal and upselling opportunities within your account portfolio.
Evaluate campaign performance metrics, deliver insights, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Ad Ops teams to enhance workflows and execution effectiveness.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and account health metrics within HubSpot.
Prioritize your accounts based on potential, ensuring tailored service delivery across your portfolio.
Propose process enhancements and insights to influence TLDRâs product and sales strategies.
