To qualify for this role, you must possess a valid US Driver’s License and obtain a DOT Medical card. Candidates must be at least 21 years old. Previous experience in sales, account management, or direct store delivery (DSD) is advantageous. You should also be capable of lifting and transporting up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

SALES MANAGEMENT

As an Account Sales Manager with Red Bull, you will be responsible for managing product offerings and nurturing customer relationships at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts. Your focus will be on identifying current and future product needs, and implementing strategies to boost sales.

You will ensure that all Red Bull equipment is maintained in pristine condition, performing outside sales functions, and carrying out additional tasks as assigned.

SALES EXECUTION

Analyze competitor activities, including new product launches and pricing strategies. You will strive to meet monthly targets across various metrics such as sales volume, distribution efficiency, pricing strategies, display effectiveness, new account setups, and merchandising components.

It is essential to uphold the Red Bull brand by ensuring proper product rotation for freshness and adhering to established brand guidelines. You will work to enhance inventory diversity and improve in-store branding while consistently delivering fresh products.

COLLABORATIVE SUCCESS

You will collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization, sharing best practices and serving as a key contributor and leader within your peer group. Maintaining strong relationships with customer contacts at each of your assigned RBDC accounts will be crucial to your success.

About Red Bull Distribution Company

Reporting directly to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager's (ASM) primary responsibility is to perform outside sales of product inventory while managing an assigned route of accounts. Your role is to enhance product sales and optimize the placement of product displays in both large and small 'off-premise' retail locations. You will be responsible for upselling inventory, cooler space, and product displays, while ensuring all interactions with customers are conducted safely and productively in line with Red Bull’s execution standards.
