We are in search of a dedicated Accounting Advisory Manager who is poised to elevate their career. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, supervising engagement delivery, and collaborating across Sharp’s integrated model, working alongside our Accounting & Tax Advisory, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily client engagements, including compilations, reviews, and management reporting for privately held businesses.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in strengthening their accounting processes, enhancing reporting, and translating financial data into actionable strategies.
  • Provide guidance on bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, restructuring, and financial processes.
  • Deliver insights on capital transactions, business transitions, and complex analyses.
  • Manage workflow and project delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Sharp’s high standards.
  • Develop and mentor team members, offering coaching and feedback that promotes technical growth and confidence in client-facing scenarios.
  • Provide training and support to staff and senior accountants to enhance their technical skills and client service abilities.
