You will be responsible for managing client relationships, supervising engagement delivery, and collaborating across Sharp’s integrated model, working alongside our Accounting & Tax Advisory, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily client engagements, including compilations, reviews, and management reporting for privately held businesses.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in strengthening their accounting processes, enhancing reporting, and translating financial data into actionable strategies.
- Provide guidance on bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, restructuring, and financial processes.
- Deliver insights on capital transactions, business transitions, and complex analyses.
- Manage workflow and project delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Sharp’s high standards.
- Develop and mentor team members, offering coaching and feedback that promotes technical growth and confidence in client-facing scenarios.
- Provide training and support to staff and senior accountants to enhance their technical skills and client service abilities.
