What you will do Gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements to ensure clear understanding between business and technology teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in agile environments. Experience in the banking or financial sector is highly desirable. Comfort with collaborative tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, or Figma. Understanding of accounting reconciliations and difference controls. Background in incident management and handling loss events. Experience analyzing operational breaks and coordinating with Legal, Claims, Operations, and Digital teams. Knowledge of banking systems and platforms. Ability to analyze data using Excel, with basic SQL skills. Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a focus on achieving results. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities when working with both technical and business stakeholders.
