Role PurposeManage and evolve Credicorp Capital's efficiency model, ensuring optimal resource allocation, dynamic budget control, and the implementation of structural productivity initiatives that positively affect the group's financial results. Main ResponsibilitiesDynamic Budget ManagementLead the preparation, monitoring, and dynamic management of the company's expense and investment budget.Conduct comprehensive analysis of the regional expense structure, identifying opportunities for capture, compensation, and budget optimization.Ensure timely and quality information for tactical and strategic decision-making.Expense and Investment GovernanceLead the Efficiency Governance and represent the COO in the Profitable Growth Committee when necessary.Define and ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and criteria for expense and investment approvals.Support areas in structuring initiatives and requests to the committee.Productivity and Efficiency ProgramDrive process diagnostics, organizational redesigns, continuous improvement, and definition of spans of control and productivity ratios.Implement efficiency levers supported by automation, analytics, AI, and low-code solutions.Incorporate internal and external benchmarks to strengthen decision-making.Vendor Management and Category ManagementLead the optimization of the total cost of suppliers, including strategic contract negotiations.Manage expense categories, identifying efficiency levers and leading cost-saving projects throughout the year.Oversee consumption, license usage, and efficiency in relationships with critical suppliers.Leadership and Team ManagementLead efficiency and expense management teams, developing analytical and impactful capabilities.Exercise cross-functional leadership and influence over senior leaders.
