Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger & Month-End Close:Prepare and post journal entries during the monthly closing process. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all accounts. Assist the Assistant Controller in timely month-end reporting. Financial Reporting & Analysis:Support the preparation of management accounts and variance analysis. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes as necessary. Accounts Payable:Manage the accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs. Maintain accurate vendor records and address discrepancies promptly. Utilize AI and automation tools to modernize and enhance the accounts payable function. Cross-functional Collaboration:Engage with the UK finance team regarding intercompany transactions and reporting alignment. Prepare for audits and collaborate with external auditors as required. Systems, Process & AI:Operate within NetSuite as the primary accounting system. Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency. Evaluate and integrate AI tools to automate routine accounting tasks and improve financial reporting accuracy and speed.
