POSITION PURPOSE:
The Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in delivering precise, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting for our real estate and associated investments across various asset and fund structures. This position oversees the monthly and quarterly accounting processes, consolidations, fair value assessments, and analytical reviews to bolster portfolio performance insights and informed decision-making.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with portfolio management, valuations, tax, treasury, and both internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data throughout the investment lifecycle—from acquisition to disposition. Additionally, you will contribute to the onboarding of new investments, manage transaction activities, and oversee ongoing liquidity within complex investment frameworks.
