Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships to gain comprehensive insights into their business and objectives.
Provide innovative solutions to intricate accounting, tax, and business challenges, particularly within the construction industry.
Leverage accounting, advisory, and tax expertise to effectively address client and firm requirements.
Lead, plan, and execute client engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Connect clients with relevant internal or external specialists as necessary.
Delegate tasks, establish clear objectives, provide essential resources, eliminate obstacles, and manage schedules to facilitate timely project completion.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing performance.
Engage in initiatives aimed at firm growth and client account development to generate new revenue and expand existing client relationships.
Remain current on public accounting and construction industry trends.
Qualifications:
5–8+ years of public accounting experience, focusing on accounting and tax.
2+ years in a lead advisory role within public accounting, specifically serving construction clients.
Possession of a CPA license and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or surpassing personal charge hour goals while promoting team efficiency.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
