Radiant Industries is on the lookout for a dedicated Accounts Payable Manager to spearhead our comprehensive accounts payable operations. Our team processes between 800 and 1,300 invoices monthly across various platforms including QuickBooks, ION, and Ramp, without the benefit of automatic integration or three-way match systems. This pivotal role entails overseeing the entire invoice-to-payment cycle, constructing a scalable AP infrastructure, and instituting the necessary controls and processes to facilitate our growth from prototype development to production ramp.
As a hands-on leader, you will assume considerable responsibility, processing high volumes of invoices while concurrently developing systems, controls, and documentation that will support our expanding operations. You will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team on procurement workflows and partner with Finance leadership on cash management strategies and ERP implementation planning.
