Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need:
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or a related finance role, preferably in a global or multi-entity environment.
Proficient Excel skills and practical experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), with the capability to navigate multiple financial platforms.
Experience managing multiple currencies, international vendors, and global billing frameworks, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
A high level of accuracy in managing substantial financial data while adhering to policies and procedures.
Aptitude for investigating discrepancies, performing reconciliations, supporting reporting efforts, and clearly explaining variances.
Comfort in engaging with vendors, finance teams, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, especially during month-end and quarter-end deadlines.
