Role overview
The Accounts Receivable Clerk manages invoicing, payment processing, and customer account reconciliation. This role ensures financial transactions are recorded accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities include resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining ongoing communication with customers, including large retailers, across multiple platforms.
What you will do
- Oversee the invoicing process and handle payment processing tasks
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
- Record financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate with customers to address questions and follow up on outstanding payments
Requirements
- Experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency with ERP systems (such as JDE)
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
