Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant in the Administration Department, you will play a key role in supporting the Deputy Manager to ensure the efficient operation of daily activities.
Your responsibilities will include managing routine administrative tasks, preparing essential documentation, and assisting with payment and expense settlements.
Major Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
Handle correspondence, maintain both digital and physical filing systems, schedule meetings, and prepare documents. Manage office supplies and coordinate necessary approvals while keeping track of contract renewal dates. - Administrative Documentation & Invoice Handling:
Prepare and organize vendor-related documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Ensure accurate translation and upload of invoices into the company system. Maintain organized files for reference and auditing purposes. - HR & Staff Administrative Support:
Maintain employee records and track leave. Provide support to HR in various processes, including training and seminars. Address employee inquiries related to general HR matters.
Additional Tasks:
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Deputy Manager.
