As an Admissions Representative at Unitek Learning, your primary responsibility will be to attract and enroll qualified candidates into our academic programs. You will engage with prospective students in a professional manner, providing them with essential information about the admissions process and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your role is crucial in maintaining high enrollment standards by adhering to regulatory requirements and ensuring that only eligible students are admitted. A strong commitment to student success, teamwork, and effective time management is essential in this position.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will spend the majority of your time interacting directly with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls and in-person meetings. You are expected to meet minimum performance standards as outlined in our management program.
Key Responsibilities (90% Prospect/Student Interaction):
- Handle inquiry calls from potential students seeking information about our programs, guiding qualified prospects toward scheduling interviews.
- Respond promptly to web inquiries and phone calls, providing accurate program details such as entrance requirements and academic standards.
- Conduct outbound calls to reach potential students who have shown interest in our institution.
- Participate in organized outreach campaigns, including phone-a-thons, to connect with prospects.
- Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities when not addressing existing inquiries.
- Follow up on inquiries that do not result in scheduled interviews or attendance.
- Engage with candidates who have not progressed in the enrollment process to resolve concerns or issues.
Interviews:
- Conduct interviews and provide guidance to potential students, ensuring a supportive and informative experience throughout the admissions journey.
