Role Overview: Advanced Compute Software Engineer

This role centers on software engineering for advanced manufacturing. The team values curiosity, technical skill, and a drive to solve computational problems. The position involves both independent and collaborative work, often with engineers, scientists, and technologists, to develop digital products from concept to implementation.

Export Control Requirement: Due to export control laws, candidates must be a U. S. citizen or national, a U. S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted to the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software to automate and simulate CNC machining processes
  • Create high-performance algorithms for advanced manufacturing tasks
  • Design and implement toolpath planning algorithms for CNC machines
  • Build parallelizable algorithms for CPU and GPU architectures
