Your Role
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Betsson, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models that optimize our offerings. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will tackle complex challenges and facilitate the integration of machine learning solutions throughout the organization.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, implementing, and refining machine learning models to address intricate business challenges.
- Managing the complete machine learning lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model deployment and performance monitoring.
- Collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to seamlessly incorporate machine learning models into production environments.
- Staying informed on the latest machine learning advancements and applying innovative techniques to enhance model capabilities.
- Producing and maintaining high-quality, production-ready code for machine learning applications.
- Offering mentorship and guidance to junior team members, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
What We Seek:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, showcasing a robust history of deploying models in live settings.
- Proficient in Python; familiarity with MLFlow and Spark is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a preference for AWS Sagemaker expertise.
- Strong analytical skills to dissect complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
