This position requires a collaborative approach, assisting with preoperative assessments, ensuring equipment calibration, and maintaining meticulous documentation of all C-arm procedures, thereby enhancing patient safety and surgical efficiency across our two operating rooms.PRN Hours:• Monday - Friday• No nights, weekends, holidays, or callKey Responsibilities:Conduct fluoroscopy (C-arm) procedures during surgeries as per physician specifications and safety protocols.Assist with preoperative setup and assessments related to imaging requirements.Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of all imaging equipment.Keep accurate logs of all C-arm procedures performed.Uphold radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and the perioperative team to support optimal surgical outcomes.Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives.Respond adeptly to emergency situations.Enhance the overall patient experience with a focus on respect, safety, and compassion.Qualifications:Associate’s Degree in Applied Science (Radiologic Technology) or equivalent.A.A.R.T. certification and current BLS certification are required.Minimum of 6 months of radiologic experience; 2+ years are preferred.Experience in a surgical or outpatient setting is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and EMR systems.Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
