Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally within a design firm or field construction office setting. Additional Qualifications:Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A collaborative team player with the ability to lead and manage effectively. Proven track record as an Assistant Project Manager or in a lead role within your area of expertise. Basic understanding of core engineering disciplines and project delivery in design and construction.

As an AEC Project Manager specializing in Digital Innovation at CRB, you will lead and oversee consulting, design, and construction management services for a range of projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all work aligns with project objectives, performance metrics such as client satisfaction and profitability, and quality standards. You will be responsible for key areas including safety, subcontractor management, change management, project control and reporting, project staffing, and adherence to the project budget and schedule. A significant aspect of your role will be client relationship management, where you will strive to create positive experiences that foster ongoing partnerships. You may be tasked with managing single or multiple project assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary projects from conception to completion.
- Acquire industry-specific certifications, including but not limited to PMP & AECPMA.
- Ensure all consulting, design, or construction management services are delivered in accordance with project objectives and quality requirements.
- Manage client relationships proactively to encourage future collaborations.
