A minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally within a design firm or field construction office environment. Additional QualificationsExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A collaborative team player with the ability to lead and manage diverse teams. Proven success in roles as an Assistant Project Manager or leading your own discipline. Comprehensive understanding of all core engineering disciplines and project execution methodologies.

As an AEC Project Manager specializing in Digital Innovation, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of consulting, design, and construction management services for various projects. Your key responsibilities include ensuring that all work aligns with project objectives, performance metrics (such as client satisfaction and profitability), and stringent quality standards. You will focus on critical areas like safety, subcontractor management, change management, project reporting, staffing, quality adherence, budget management, and scheduling. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, delivering positive experiences that foster future business opportunities. Your accountability extends to the financial performance of projects, which may include managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
