What You’ll NeedPossession of MBO3+ or an equivalent level of education in rotational machinery or mechanical engineering. Demonstrated result-oriented mindset, with exceptional planning and organizational abilities. Robust problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking capabilities. A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in assembly or testing roles. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, paired with a meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals. Effective communication skills in both Dutch and English. Physical capability to safely lift and manage heavy engine components.
