Senior Solutions Engineers work closely with account executives, present to varied audiences, and advise on cloud security solutions for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. What you will do Partner with account executives to build and execute strategies that grow Okta’s presence in assigned territories and accounts. Lead research and discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and communicate the value of cloud-based technology solutions. Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers with complex needs, collaborating with other Okta engineering teams as required. Create technical documentation to guide customers on best practices and new technology implementations. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations that connect Okta’s platform capabilities to specific customer business needs and use cases. Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
