We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master to serve as the agile leader and performance coach for our engineering development teams. In this pivotal role, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and reliable delivery. You will actively engage with your teams, empowering them to produce high-quality, valuable software while cultivating an environment that encourages them to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities
- Empower the team to manage their own ceremonies by providing essential support, tools, and guidance to ensure meetings are team-led, productive, and focused on delivering value.
- Ensure team activities are engaging, productive, and value-driven.
- Act as a subject matter expert on lean and agile principles, helping the team to develop, own, and refine effective processes that consistently deliver value based on chosen frameworks and practices.
- Promote transparency by maintaining clear reporting and visible Agile dashboards (e.g., burn-down charts, flow metrics), ensuring that the team's progress and challenges are understood by all.
- Coach the team toward enhanced self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership.
