The Field Analytics team plays a central role in shaping Okta’s business decisions by providing strategic analysis and supporting leaders with data-driven insights. Role overview This role partners closely with Solutions Engineering and Partner organizations. The Manager of Field Analytics translates complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies, identifies key revenue drivers, and builds scalable frameworks to support Okta’s growth. The position is responsible for connecting Okta’s data infrastructure with technical go-to-market teams, ensuring reporting systems are both flexible and scalable. There is a strong focus on generating proactive insights that improve technical sales productivity and accelerate partner-driven initiatives, while also advocating for the adoption of new AI capabilities. What you will do Strategic Collaboration: Act as the primary analytics partner for Pre-Sales and Partner operations teams. Build strong working relationships to understand their workflows and business needs, and translate those into effective analytical solutions. AI Innovation: Lead efforts to integrate emerging AI capabilities into analytics processes and reporting.
