About This Role:
This role is pivotal in leading the commercialization and monetization strategy for SK AI's Data Center Testbed, transforming our technical infrastructure into viable business models, including Testbed-as-a-Service (TBaaS) offerings. As a strategic member of the AI Infrastructure Solutions team, you will architect new business models leveraging our AI datacenter capabilities to generate revenue streams through partnership-based service offerings. A unique blend of strategic insight, financial expertise, and ecosystem development knowledge is essential to design innovative contribution models, spanning monetary investments, in-kind resources, and equity partnerships with technology solution providers. You will establish the organizational framework and RACI (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) across SK Group member companies while ensuring the seamless execution of commercialization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud service economics, GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) business models, and experience structuring mutually beneficial partnership frameworks that drive sustainable ecosystem growth.
