Role Summary: We are in search of an AI-Driven Marketing Operations & Content Coordinator to oversee and implement daily marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand. This role combines elements of marketing management, content development, campaign execution, and systems management, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI technologies to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality of output.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in an independent work environment, demonstrates ownership over tasks, and seeks continuous improvements in marketing processes within the regulated lending and property sectors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate social media scheduling, posting, and content calendars across various platforms
- Craft compelling marketing copy for emails, social media, landing pages, brochures, partner communications, and nurture sequences
- Design, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows
- Ensure CRM data integrity, including lead management, segmentation, and campaign tracking
- Support website and landing page updates, verifying content accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate marketing materials (designs, videos, web content, and campaign assets) with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and visibility of marketing metrics
- Help structure and optimize the marketing funnel to enhance consistency and conversion rates
- Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, research, repurposing, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance marketing systems, processes, and execution.
