This pivotal role will directly influence the effectiveness of new engineers' onboarding processes, ensuring that knowledge gleaned from deployments is easily accessible and that enablement practices keep pace with our rapidly evolving platform and organizational dynamics.In this position, you will work closely with FDE leadership and cross-functional teams in Engineering, Product, and GTM to transform field insights and the changing needs of our team into well-structured onboarding and enablement initiatives. You will create systems that accelerate ramp-up time, enhance knowledge sharing, and bolster execution consistency as the team expands. This crucial role is a driver of an AI-first FDE function that multiplies its impact through improved systems, reusable knowledge, and enhanced team effectiveness—moving beyond mere headcount growth.This position is located in San Francisco, employing a hybrid work model that includes three days in the office weekly, with relocation assistance available for new hires.In This Role, You WillTake ownership of FDE onboarding from start to finish, creating and managing a structured ramp experience that enables new team members to become effective quickly in a complex technical landscape.Develop and enhance the team’s enablement infrastructure, including onboarding pathways, playbooks, learning materials, and knowledge systems to ensure ongoing skills development within the FDE team and integrate AI-first tools and processes into daily operations.Collaborate with related field, deployment, and partner teams to establish enablement programs, resources, and operational frameworks that enhance coordination and execution across interconnected functions.Document patterns and insights from FDE deployments into reusable resources that minimize redundant learning and strengthen execution throughout the organization.Manage the core cadence of onboarding and enablement, ensuring consistency and quality in the process.
