About The Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and innovative AI Engineer to join our dynamic global team in Shenzhen. You will be engaged in developing practical Generative AI applications, AI agents, and Python-based automation solutions tailored for the consumer lending sector. This position is perfect for someone who aspires to translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes rather than merely creating demos. You will collaborate closely with teams in the UK and Shenzhen to explore, build, evaluate, and integrate AI into customer operations, internal automation, risk workflows, and lending processes.
Your Responsibilities
Develop Generative AI and AI agent solutions for customer operations, internal automation, and lending workflows.
Design prompts, workflows, and evaluation protocols to enhance the reliability and utility of AI systems.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with internal tools, APIs, databases, and business systems.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
Rapidly prototype, test concepts, measure impact, and iterate based on real business requirements.
Collaborate with teams in the UK and Shenzhen to pinpoint high-value AI use cases.
Enhance production reliability via testing, logging, monitoring, fallback handling, and appropriate human review.
