Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Focus on developing and maintaining modular and reusable systems while exploring new technologies to enhance our offerings.
- Participate in design discussions, troubleshoot complex challenges, and contribute directly to our codebase.
- Play an integral role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture, including code reviews and supporting fellow engineers and tech leads.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering production-ready AI applications.
- Strong technical foundation in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience in building context systems utilizing RAG, Vector Stores, and MCP.
- Proficient in developing AI Agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
- Experience in mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity.
