About The Role:
We are looking for an AI Engineer to transition models from prototypes to production and create tangible clinical impacts through applied AI. This role offers substantial autonomy to identify high-value projects, develop production-ready systems, and guarantee that our models are safe, reliable, and integral to the healthcare workflow.
You will collaborate closely with product engineers, clinical leaders, and our CTO to ensure our AI solutions yield measurable enhancements in patient access and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on position that merges state-of-the-art AI development with practical engineering and evaluation.
What You'll Do - Impact In Your First 3-6 Months:
Build and curate datasets to facilitate exceptional prompt engineering and evaluation of advanced LLMs, optimizing inputs and retrieval methods to achieve unparalleled performance and reliability.
Design and maintain evaluation pipelines that rigorously assess model accuracy, reliability, and real-world clinical value.
Prompt, test, and iterate on LLM workflows to attain industry-leading performance.
Deploy models into production: create APIs, integrate inference into our Python-based backend, and implement observability and monitoring systems.
Stay updated on AI research, evaluating and incorporating advancements that enhance our platform.
